All of our frames are designed by us in Amsterdam, and we oversee all steps — from mood board to finished product — so we can offer you quality frames at transparent prices, starting at £100. We only use the good stuff, from the acetate and metal we make our glasses with, to our top-notch lenses. warranty policy
We provide a two (2) year warranty on all our products. If you have a problem with your product, please bring it to your local store, or contact us. Our team will be more than happy to help you find a solution. We understand that every case is unique, but we do have a general approach to dealing with glasses damaged during the two-year warranty period: If a product is defective, we will replace it for free. If the same item isn’t available anymore, we’ll exchange it for something similar, or give you a refund.
Returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your new glasses, you can always return them to us within 30 days – no questions asked. This also includes prescription glasses and sunglasses.
